The Story of Story

Story is the most powerful form of information technology ever devised.

Stemming from a research project run by the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Calgary I began working on story as a subject of research and teaching. Dissatisfied with the available texts (in terms of contents and price) I wrote my own book called The Story of Story to teach the basics of story to students from all different disciplines. The currently available copy of the book is in need of a copy-edit, but it works well for introducing story as a tool for everyone. The book has now been edited and revised after using it with several different groups of students.
